V-Sculpt was a beast today. I did 15 Entman Chin-ups (Chin-ups with an 8-pound medicine ball between my feet).
I also did 30-pound stability ball rows.

Still need to double up tonight with Total Synergistic and MMX. If I would have had a decent day fishing it wouldn't be so bad.

Missed a day this week when I was feeling sick.

What you went fishing for? Bass, redfish?

But can you beat him on one-armed pushup?

I haven't done a one-armed pushup in years. I may try tonight.

So is this a crossfit type cult deal now? I was thinking about doing it, but not if I have to constantly talk about P90x with everyone

Yeah, you have to post in the thread. The DVD's won't work unless you do.
Anything else?

I did it for a little bit, but have lived in raised houses for a while. Don't like shaking the house when I jump up and down. Maybe I'm just a freak, but I've never understood why a guy can't do 20 pull ups or 30 push ups without working out. I have friends that can barely do 5 of each
I'm about to start running a couple of miles a day since it is getting warmer, but don't really feel like doing the whole dvd thing. Probably just stick with the push ups, pull ups, sit ups, and planks. Interested to see how it is going to work out because I push myself very hard, and refuse to change my eating habits

Get ready for a rude awakening with age.

Meh, I push myself much harder than most people. Once I start getting tired(the point where most people stop), I kick into another gear and go harder. Hell, I took that jogging class at LSU and ran for two weeks with a fractured growth plate under my knee. I was cutting grass at the time, and by the end of the day I literally could not walk. Finally went to the doc and he told me I shouldn't even be walking. Pushing myself is what I do.
