Finished Day 4 (the much ballyhooed "Challenge"). I did 20/8. I was getting a little cocky early on because I wasn't having any issues, but once I got past the halfway point of the workout, yikes. I managed fine on the pull-ups, but I was getting really burned out on the push-ups. Will be in pain tomorrow.

i ususally bring my xbox with me everywhere so i use it. i have the classic p90x workouts mostly memorized so it isn't a problem with that one.

Same here since Doc said I needed more based on my sample day of eating. Added a protein shake (Isopure protein, almond milk, and a tbs of peanut butter) for after my workout.

Looks like it just takes time. It is similar to a yoga move.

Take it fwiw, but it looks like you put your leg on your triceps and you can lean to make it easier. You just have to get stronger.

Wife srptarted doing 21 Day Fix Monday and I promised I would do the workouts with her. So I did the upper body fix workout today then tried to do MMX right after. The upper fix was t that intense, but it used enough energy so that I was bonking with about 10 minutes left in the workout. The last couple of punches I probably looked like Rocky in the 15 th round. That recovery drink tastes really good right now.

took some time off of T-25 to do heavy duty sprinting at the local middle school. that's a brutal workout.

Finished up week 1 p90x3 today and feeling good.

The 30 mins a day is very doable considering you do it from home.

One piece of advice I would give, dont skip dynamix, its a great low intensity workout. Maybe try and tack it on another days workout if you need a rest day. My biggest surprise from the program its how much I enjoyed it and yoga, and how much of a sweat I worked up.

I did T25 speed 2.0 for some cardio yesterday

I'm contemplating doing another full round of T25 again but trying to really watch my diet this time. Just don't know. I know by the time I finished last time I was so burnt out on the videos.

I REALLY wish the 21 day fix I ordered was here cause I would be starting that asap if I could.
