Can't speak to other systems, but Sonos is great and has an easy to use app.

It ties into all your apple music or spotify or whatever and can tie into a traditional amp if you set it up right.

Polk Atrium

The Polk Atriums are terrific. I've had Atrium 6s on my patio for a few years and love them.

I have sonos on my patio. Not outdoor rated but they have been out there for 2 years with no issues. I know several others with the same set up for a longer duration with no issues as well

JBL has a few different models of various sizes depending on what you are looking for. All are fun and great quality.

I recommend getting them away from the house so that the listener is between the house and the speaker. I like the bose freespace 51's and similar speakers for this reason.

Keep your eyes out for deals on amazon, ebay, newegg, etc. IMO outdoor speakers aren't significantly differentiated. I have these and they work just fine. They are now the same price as I paid for them two years ago on sale (or they are on permasale).

Sonance has a new outdoor array that is one hell of a deal. I got to hear them not too long ago and for the money it’s the best I have heard.

Have had these outside for a couple of years with no issues. Big fan.
