The complaining about wearing a cloth mask is about as Karen-level as the bitching about people wanting everything to stay closed.
People aren’t complaining about just wearing a mask. They’re wondering why this policy is just being implemented almost 2 months later. I went to Costco last week, and the employees had to keep taking their masks off, because they’d give instructions to customers and no one could hear them.

Every business has a right to handle things how they see fit. Customers can make their own choices, too. There should be no right or wrong there. The government Forcing people and businesses to follow a mask policy is what’s fricked up.

This.

Costco has every right to require their customers to wear PPE if they see fit. And I have every right to go somewhere else to shop. It's not that hard.

Except sewing a mask out of old cotton/poly tee shirt material isn't PPE, it is a farce.

If you like farces, by all means wear one but don't expect - or require - sensible people to participate.

All I know for certain at this time is that corona sending shite sideways has made for top notch people watching.
Yesterday at Publix, I saw an old school bandit bank robber with a cowboy hat and bandanna, a man walking into the store wearing a full 3M respirator like I wear when spraying finishes, and a woman who looked like she was ready to treat an Ebola patient, with a surgical mask, glasses with side shields, and a full, wrap around plastic face shield. She had on long sleeves with gloves, long pants, and shoe covers.
On the way out I saw a woman who was 350lb+ who had a cloth mask that was seriously struggling to hang onto her face.

I sat in the car for around 10 minutes just watching the zoo before I left. Interesting.

People want the depression to end. All we have to do is sacrifice the Jews. Just go along with it and keep your head down.

Equating a private company's policy to Hitler's genocide.

Except requiring people to wear a face mask does nothing to stop old fat fricks from dying.

I've never worn a mask in Costco and never had an issue with their avocados.

I think the science is rather clear: Wearing masks in costco causes your avocados to not ripen correctly.

In target out here they have been requiring masks, all their workers are walking around spraying shite down.

Went to best buy to try and get another phone, motherfrickers wouldnt let me enter to store. Told me to park in parking spot #13 and then had some a-hole come out to my window with a catalog

See this is the part I find hilarious. These corporations aren't even being consistent with their rules.

The Targets here do not require masks at all. Same with Whole Foods. Yet in other places they do.

Today's safety theater is making the TSA's security theater look like a bunch of amateurs.

Probably depends on local government orders. Every store in Travis county has required masks for like a month now. Costco has had this policy here way before they went company wide with it.

If your city/county/parish doesn't have the mask order, I'm sure most businesses don't have the policy in place.

Belle I get the “don’t waste ppe” back then but why didn’t they say THEN that a fabric mask or any face covering was good?

Not trying to argue but serious question.

People are so retarded. I don’t know how many people I have seen today riding in a vehicle by themselves with a mask on. But it was a lot. People panic like imbeciles..... they lose their minds.

I dont mind the masks at times..with mirrored aviator sunglasses..it helps reduce random conversation when no one recognizes you.
