I've know several female realtors over the years and NONE of them look like their picture on the realtor signs.

It's like the gals that go to "Glamor Shots" to get pics taken and their makeup artists make them look like living dolls and the photographer uses filters that muffle blemishes and such.

Plus, as they age, they still use the younger pics in their advertising. They're pushing 60 and still using the same pic they had at 35.

Most of the real estate guys around the Jackson area I see on billboards are dressed in their best baw gear. Fishing/ hunting vest with a ball cap on. I guess they want to show they're just ordinary dudes like the rest of us.
