OT workout crew. Body weight workouts?

Anybody have good sites (free) or YouTube links or channels with body weight workouts or "prison cell workouts". My job has A LOT of downtime within a 12 hour shift. I'd like to get some things done but do not want to be dragging around equipment.
I mean strictly own body as the weight. In addition, my place would not approve of me putting up a doorframe chin up bar like in P90x. I have access to plenty of walls, clean floor, and chairs for dips (for instance) for triceps.
I've done some searches but found much that revolved around a chin up bar or one set of dumb bells.
Thanks in advance.
Also, this is more of a weight training focus. Not really a cardio or circuit training type activity. I'm not opposed to those per say. It's just the nature of this job. I need to be able to stop and speak to someone reasonably without being covered in sweat or have a heart rate of 165 and gasping.

I mean, it doesn't screw in. How would they know?
Also, you can use resistance bands with door attachments.
Calisthenics, my man. The basics:
The pistol squat
The pushup
The pull-up
The pike
The dip
There are so many variations you can do.

YouTube is way better than Reddit in this department because you can see the moves. There are lots of full workout routines on there.

true, but most of those workouts are shared on Reddit
that sub has its own workout routine with youtube videos and everything
its legit

Yeah it's a good subreddit for sure.

I watched a bunch of Scott Herman workout stuff the other day and he has a ton of helpful advice on working out.

It is. I post there, and learned a ton of new moves. I am back on using weights for part of my routine. Some of those bodyweight moves are just annoying.
But I do a lot of bodyweight stuff.
I would love a recommendation for a bodyweight friendly play area in NOLA, in fact, I was going to start a thread on it. Ideally in the marigny, or nearby.

Also,
Over time they leave marks. Also this is place with some non standard door frames.

Gotcha. Well, resistance bands with door attachments will leave ZERO marks. Just make sure you get a high weight, HIGH QUALITY band. They are awesome because they allow you to slow down the move for AWESOME results. You can also do ab routines with them.

I know you said free but I actually just started doing a body weight workout routine from this book. I'm only 2.5 weeks in but it's awesome. It lists all of the exercises and variations you can do.

Burpees. Lots and lots of burpees. And pullups.

Both of those are against the op's requirements.
