Wasn't head chef, it was Leo, the GM. The head chef under Leo, Leighton, became the GM.

ETA: I don't live in BR anymore so when I am in town I usually stop in for a least a drink.

I've eaten the steak at Stab's once and was not impressed. I would not get it again. The best thing I had there was their oysters.

think they have like 4 in Texas and one in Alabama. Birmingham I believe.

There are a bunch. I went check it out. Looks like 16 locations with a few more coming soon.
