OT Opinions on gals over age 25 who still compete in beauty pageants?

Everyone knows that girl who was competed in beauty pageants back in the day. Most of them never won Miss Louisiana or Miss Mississippi and they eventually gave up and now work in Marketing or "business development."
But, how about that girl that still has not gave up. She's out there trudging through the adult pageant world of competitions at the local Holiday Inn business meeting room.
What does the OT think of these gals? Total nuts? Proud of them for continuing to strive for the dream?

Nothing screams "I can't accept that I'm growing up" more than this. Also, high maintenance.

I don’t know anyone who does this, but I’d be embarrassed for them.

Do these women actually exist? You seeking a mate?

I know a couple and it’s sad.

Apparently so. Met a gal a few weeks ago and found out she still does these pageants. Total turn off. What void in her life is she trying to fill with these things? Surely it can't be for the prize money.

I assume they are all comfortable banging the judges by this age.

New a former Miss La from the Lake Charles area. She thought she was very special.

If that's the dream I feel awful for her

I know one that won Miss Louisiana in ‘99ish? and went on to Miss America. I pretty sure she stopped after that(21 years old). She does well for herself in real estate. She seems normal and has always been nice to me. I can’t see why someone would want to keep going to the same pageants every year trying to win though.

This will never end.

I know one and she is as unsufferable as the 35 year old guys that treat church league softball like its a step below the major leagues.

They wear too much makeup, but they are usually down for anal so it's a push.

Yes, they are all working on getting their real estate license or are thinking about becoming a teacher.

Needy. Bang and leave. Don’t get too involved

I think with some girls, their mom or "pageant coach" filled their head with bullshite at a young age about being noticed and accepted through dressing up.
