OT HVAC experts - looking to replace old gross bath fans

Pulled a cover off one and found it was DISGUSTING. tried to clean with a rag and decided replacing is the only option.
I have an 8x8.25" opening and nutone/broan seems to be the only game in town but I'm hoping for:
- > 60 cpm
- much quieter units
- auto sensing moisture? do they make vents that kick on based on humidity levels?
- don't really care if it also has a light or not.
What type of bath fans are the discerning OTers installing in their mansions?

I can't recall if it is NuTone or Broan, but they have a few units that are 100cfm, super quiet, humidity sensing, and have a light.
Search Home Depot or Amazon. No amazon jokes intended.

the Delta Breez Signature series seems to be what I'm looking for:
- fits 8x8.25" opening (which I have)
- humidity sensor appears to crank the CPMs up to 80 (normal 50) until it drops
- manual (flip switch off and on) option to get the fan to run at high speed.
seems to be a 10 minute shut-off after humidity level reached.

80cfm is not a ton, but fine for a smallish bath.
i have installed a delta breez and was pleased with the quality. panasonic is a higher end fan that is quieter and sucks more air. that's what i put in master.

They actually make humidity sensing switches, then you can use the switch for whatever type of fan you like. I installed one this summer and it works great, not sure how long it will last though. It was like $30.
Personally I've never understood the need for a quiet fan? Many people actually prefer a loud fan so they can pee and crap without others hearing them. Ever been to party with a bathroom by the family room and a chick goes into the bathroom and it sounds like there's a clydesdale in there? I'm a huge fan of loud fans in the guest bathrooms.
If you are talking master bath or whatever that's your preference.

the breez seems to be a dual-speed unit which is nice and i'm not sure a humidity sensing switch could change the fan speed

i dont have that many people over to my house and i'm old and noises bother me. i like silence!
i just want a fan that can clear the fogged mirrors quicker and will turn on automatically when i'm in the shower and forget to turn it on behforehand.

i have a $30 loud arse fan in the poo closet for this reason. the fan that does the heavy lifting (removing moisture) is a panasonic. it will clear steam from a 10min shower in about 1-2min. the delta is a little louder, but nowhere near the old school nutones.

I'm not sure how you change the speed of it? I'd assume it has a remote or its own switch? But the humidity sensing switch I bought has a manual control too. It turns on automatically when the humidity is high, or you can turn it on when you are taking a dump and don't want anyone to hear.

am i the only one who doesn't regularly use the bath fan?
i never worried too much about the steam or humidity...so not sure if i should be
i'll use the one in the toilet closet if i'm trying to hide some noises, but thats rare since my master is pretty secluded

our master bathroom is on the back of our house which is close to a bluff and it stays very moist back there and almost never gets any sun.
our bathroom is all tile as well so any lingering humidity will turn into mildew/mold very quickly so its important to keep that room ventilated.
i guess if your bathroom tends to be pretty dry its not as important but after seeing how gross my existing one was, i decided i wanted something a bit nicer and also to reduce how much bleach my wife is having to use keeping the shower clean.
also its venting to the attic so i'm going to install a duct to vent it outside. i think codes requires that these days anyway.
