OT drunks and lawyers: is there ever a situation where you consent to breathalyzer?

For the record, I'm not currently being pulled over for a DUI. But is there ever a situation when you should blow (gay, I know)? When you'll for sure blow 0.00? Need to know in case I'm ever on Live PD.

I refused both times.
I was lit AF, too.
Lafayette PD tried to get me to resist. When I didn’t, they turned nice and kept my weed.
“Mr. Clean, you know that nug of weed you had in the console? I’m gonna keep that. It would be a felony since it would be your third offense.”
