Sounds like the cops were pretty nice to you

They were nice to me in West Feliciana when I got the second offense ticket.

Cop bought me a soda and drove me back to my car on US 61 from the St Francisville PD.

I found about 30 mature, budding marijuana plants at a hunting camp once in HS. I pruned them and drove home like 2 hours.

Pulled up to pump gas about 2 miles from my house and a cop car with a drug dog pulled next to me. The dog was barking the whole time. I stopped the pump at like $1.38, shite my pants and drove home

I’ve been sober since 2016. I don’t mind laughing at myself for all the dumb shite I did.

I did tons of dumb shite from 15-25. I just never got caught for whatever reason and straightened up later in life. Having a kid put that in overdrive for me.

Should I Blow ?

Is that the question.?

If so then, as always, the consideration must be, how do I benefit if I blow .
Under that scrutiny, the question becomes a no brainer

You might as well blow, as you're going for a ride no matter what. The police have already made their mind up at that point

Some of my junkie friends from my partying days used to argue with me that cops can’t do that.

I’m like, you didn’t graduate from high school and you’re attempting to debate the constitutionality of some shite.

It's always fascinating that people who have never been in a specific situation before are the lead experts on what to do/not do on the subject.

frick them.

Well, that’s why they get a warrant. Judges are on standby when they do DUI checkpoint

I did find this out, a medic will not stick a needle in an infant in the ambulance because it isnt a sterile environment. But for some reason sterile enough to draw blood from a drunk.

the eye nystagmus test
This is a bullshite test, and it should be gone.

A normal camera won't pick up whether you are passing or failing the test. You only have the cop's reactions to gauge. They will sometimes block the dash cam during this test (a taught technique?) so they can say something like "Stop moving your head" while giving the test, and you can't be seen in the video to verify whether you are or not.

If someone is getting a nystagmus test, and all you have to go by is the cop's word, then how do you know the test was legit?

Total bullshite.
