Now that you’re outside the window for TPA for your ACA stroke (with resulting leg > arm weakness), you might want to start HAART therapy for your leg aids, or maybe systemic anticoagulation for your DVT.
Obviously some cognitive deficits as well if you haven’t gone to the ED yet with acute onset of unilateral weakness without an injury.
