Subtle “I have a jacked up truck” brag that’s so jacked up that even getting into it stretches your peroneal nerve and compresses it at the fibular head?

But where is the blood clot. A simple DVT shouldn’t cause weakness. I would say a fasciotomy is in order for his obvious compartment syndrome due to arterial clot.

So differential diagnosis is:

Stroke
Arterial clot with compartment syndrome
Dvt
Sciatica
Sitting on fat wallet on the ipsilateral buttcheek
AIDS
Fibromyalgia
Yeast infection
Peroneal neuropathy
Femoral neuropathy

ETA:
Lumbosacral radiculopathy

Pinched nerve/bulging disc in lumbar spine When it moves down your leg it’s called radiculopathy

This. When the real pain hits, you will be on the floor crying. That chart of pain level in doctors offices, you will be at 10. Bulging disc, L4 here. Highest thing that ever hurt the most. Roid shot about every two years take care of it, but leaves my left leg numb.

Probably sciatic nerve pain. Stretch hammies. Start core strengthening. Stretch piriformis.
