He approached my wife at Costco. She told him, "frick off, Kevin, and got in her car. He kept trying to talk to her through the window, so she just held the horn down until he got pissed, curse at her, and walked away.

Just wait until "your old postman" hits you up at the Walmart on College Drive on the liquor aisle. It made me think for a minute before I laughed at him.

I think I seent Kev at a gas station in Hammond about 8 yrs ago. I gave him money then about 2-3 yrs later he tried again with the same story. Nope! Can someone post a pic?

I’d agree if it wasn’t for the aggressiveness and rudeness.
After much ranting, I’ve actually started liking the fake violin player people, they aren’t offensive or aggressive at all, and are at least providing some nice background music to the area even if it’s fake.
Better than the lazy fricks that just stand there with a sign.
But I still haven’t given them a dime.

No it's not. If you really keep a cup of dip spit in your vehicle you're just lazy and disgusting. That's frickin gross. But anyway, Kevin is a slimy POS so if you actually douse him in your dip spit I will be the first to applaud you.
