Baton Rouge is full of POS panhandlers. Why are you & so many other people obsessed with this guy? Just ignore him & the rest of the bums

I ran into this guy at the Canes on Siegen a few years back. It was about 930pm and I got the sob story about running out of gas. When I told him I didn't have cash, he kindly offered to follow me to the ATM. Um yeah, no thanks.
A few things stood out: he was neatly dressed and clean, but his story was too polished. He claimed he had been on the road all day, but he was clean shaven and looked like he had just gotten out of the shower. I thought that was odd.
Also, who doesn't ask for gas at an actual gas station?

You can't just ignore him. He's very forward and if you call him out he gets aggressively pissed. He intimidates women. He approached me like 5 years ago. I told him to frick off and he went away cursing me up and down. It's not worth it to go to jail for beating his arse but if someone needs a thorough arse whipping, it's Kevin. He's a POS.

How about a bounty gets started. Crowdfunded. Whoever thoroughly and successfully beats Kevin's arse, with evidence...collects the bounty.
Go through a bunch of go betweens to try and conceal the identity.

To my knowledge he has never hurt someone physically so I have no desire to physically harm him either.
