On an island prone to both volcanic eruptions and tsunamis, I'd be hesitant to buy a multi-million dollar ocean front property. It just doesn't seem wise.

I'm sure I'm in the minority here but I wouldn't care to live somewhere that was 80 degrees every day with almost no seasonal variation.
