Aren't they like $89?

They come in a nice shoe box:

They use to be the best cushioned shoes around. Now the adidas ultra boost blow them away.

they're very comfortable

Yeah? Well I never had a pair of 1989 purple and green Jordan's but you don't see me bitching.

I’m an Air Max guy and probably have 15 pair but it’s mainly from what I liked as a kid.
It’s basically the last thing from my youth that hasn’t gone out of style that I wore back then.
Starter Jackets, Members only jackets, Jams, Z Cavaricci, and Girbaud jeans.
They are very comfortable to walk in and I work out in them but use a different shoe on leg day. I also don’t run in them but I don’t run unless a lion is chasing me.

If comfort is what you are after, try the Brooks Glycerin 15's...

What Air Max are you talking about? AM1’s are not expensive, I just got a pair for $87. Very comfortable but not quite as comfy as my New Balance 547 Sport’s. Haven’t tried an Adidas boost product yet.

I bought a pair just to hang from the power lines in my hood

As a kid all I ever got were pro wings from Wal Mart

I just got a pair of the 270s and I really like them. They’re $150 though

There’s several different Air Max models and each model has several different colorways. I think they’re all good in the comfort and quality department, it just comes down to your personal taste.

Do yourself a favor and go with ULTRAboost.

The only approrpiate time for a grown man with style to wear shoes like that is when he is engaged in some sort of physical activity like exercise or sports.

Ultraboosts and the new Under Armour Hovrs are far better than the Air Max.

Do you mean air mask? Like a respirator?

Expensive is obviously a relative term.
