Why do they all move to Austin?
Texas cuz no income tax, Austin cuz it’s liberal, educated and doesn’t have the absurd California cost of living.

I’ve got a house on 3 lots with lake views, fenced with 6 foot wrought iron on the golf course . If the Cali folks want it they will need to pay Cali prices

Texas is truly the land of business, jobs, and opportunity.
We will continue to attract the very best.
I'm amazed and aghast at the GOP Governor of Texas crowing about how this is a good thing.

Someone needs to tell him all those California companies are helping turning his state commie blue but he's a normie moron that only looks at conservatism as high GDP and job numbers.

You do not understand that Texas will eventually be a victim of its own success and too much of a good thing is entirely possible.

If you’re a Texan living out of state, pretty much the first thing anyone says to you is ‘Oh, I hear Austin is really cool.’ The marketing department for Austin has done an amazing job... People from all over the US want to visit and live there. For what? It’s cool but not deserving of its nationwide reputation

Not a bad thing.
Just need people moving here to escape liberal policies to stop voting liberals into office once they get here.

I am good with that. If we can take CA back, it is a better state.

You think the Austin Chamber of Commerce can pull the wool of the eyes of multinational, multi billion dollar companies?
I’m not an Austin Kool-Aid drinker either, but there has to be something redeeming about the town based on everything going on.
