I ran my cursor along the track to see if there were any jump scares. Then I clicked to the end. Then I clicked around random spots to find it.
Having a jump scare with your eyes that messed up would be an immediate stroke.

Evidently the my TV doesn't have the voodoo option, cause I didn't see anything. When I looked away after the video, all I saw was a square like someone shined a square flashlight in my eyes

It's not a hallucination. It's similar to when you stare at a bright object and still see it as a negative for a while after.
