some medicine and is working out more.

Why can't it be both? I can see someone finally seeing results in weight loss due to medicine, and being more motivated to work out improving the weight loss results.

And her lying about using ozempic doesn’t really change whether or not weight watchers works

her not gaining weight wasnt from weight watchers though. Its from taking Ozempic because she has no self control during Thanksgiving.

She also has a one hour special coming on tonight about Ozempic type drugs. I'm sure that's not a coincidence.

Hey... if it helps people lose weight, get healthier and gives them the incentive they need to stay that way? More power to them.

It was an hour-long pharmaceutical commercial and she advocates giving these meds to kids.

The GLP-1 graphic the doctor did was eye opening. WE ALL HAVE THE GLP1 hormone a lot of peoples just doesn’t work right. It regulates everything about food and eating from your brain to your fat cells.

While I get this drug helps people (and that’s great), but if we start advocating healthier lifestyles, watch the sugar, fast food, exercise daily etc. we wouldn’t even need ozempic.

Why doesn’t Oprah say anything like that, if you’re truly concerned about childhood obesity like you claim? Bc these food companies buy off network execs and politicians to keep their products being shoved down everyone’s throats.
