Opinions on Asymptomatic COVID transmission- I’m calling a BS in this

You may be confusing asymptomatic with presymptomatic.

There is 1-2 days before a person becomes really sick that they have high viral loads and can be infectious. Technically at that time they are asymptomatic but capable of infecting others. That’s why I think this virus keeps spreading.

You don't know what you're talking about, but you might accidentally be right.

A virus that causes no symptoms in me can be transmitted from me to you and make you sick. This is science and cannot be refuted, so you are wrong.

However, all else being equal, asymptomatic people are obviously less likely to spread the virus because they are not coughing and sneezing. The key is "all else being equal". Symptomatic people are more likely to isolate at home or in a hospital, so that reduces their transmission rate. This is why the virus will likely become less deadly. The bad strains force people to stay at home where they don't infect many others, while the less deadly strains are carried about by asymptomatic (or lightly symptomatic) folks who infect others and build herd immunity to all strains.

Are you telling me that if I have the virus and I have no symptoms that my viral load is high enough to escape in my normal course of breathing to adversely effect someone else?!?! horseshite.

If the viral load is not enough to make me sick than how the frick am I going to expel a high enough load to someone else?

I laugh every time i see someone wearing a paper/cloth mask and then get very close to someone thinking they are actually stopping the spread of COVID.

IMHO these useless masks are making things worse because it gives people the false sense of security. Physical Distancing works 100X better than non-N95 mask. People ignore this and get very close thinking they are helping.

If you want to help, just stay away from people.

I think who already said this. However, some people confuse asymptomatic with mildly symptomatic or pre symptomatic. Those with mild symptoms or that have not started showing symptoms already are able to transmit.

Mine posting your peer reviewed study concluding the same thing. Also, please post your degree in virology or epidemiology. Preferably a doctorate.
