Heh, my bonus 2 years ago was a 10 dollar Starbucks gift card.
The next year it was 70 dollars in credits to the company store to buy their merch. The cheapest hoodie on there was 90 dollars.
I’ll just tell them not to bother this year.

My dad still hands out an envelope with cash and a hand written note thanking the employee with specific things they did that helped the company.
