Moved here 3 years ago from a liberal wasteland and love it. People being scared to live around Mormons will keep Utah from turning into Colorado for a while still.

Yeah, just a little north, in Salt Lake City, he could get a sympathetic jury, but in Orem/Provo he will facing a conservative jury.

Fixed it for you. There are literally THOUSANDS of miles of outstanding mountain bike trails that folks from out of state have never heard of. I could likely ride 100+ miles out my back door without riding the same trail twice.

This is a view of my favorite trail in the state and it's over 200 miles from where most folks consider the prime biking in the state (Moab)

Beautiful state and SLC ain't near as "backward" as many try to pretend....may have been 10 years ago but its pretty damn nice today. If you fly fish and ain't floated the Green River you oughta.....
