I'd say 45 sounds about right. Focus on maximizing yourself and then date non-exclusively. Women would rather share a high value man (whatever that it by their definition) than have some low-energy schlub to themselves. Set up your love shack, be interesting and fun, do cool shite, and hang out with as many as you want. You may have lonely nights sometimes but at least you have options and you won't lose half your shite if she likes the pool boy. The exception would be if you locked down a real keeper 10-15 years your junior. That might be in your best interest.
