Ah yes, the old just catch Covid and you’ll have natural immunity adage. You might die, but at least you’ll have antibodies.

99% chance of not dying regardless of vaccine status. some of you are pitiful
I'm fully vaxxed but it seems pretty obvious that natural immunity will be more valuable than vaccine immunity
we just need a control group

It does seem to hold tree we are seeing patients get in the hospital and leave the hospital quicker than before
They leave that part out of the article

One expert also noted anecdotal reports emerging that in hospitalized patients, the illness is progressing in a quicker manner than previous strains.

"It is becoming clear that this is a very dangerous, way more dangerous virus than the original one," Dr. Ricardo Franco, MD, an Infectious Disease Society of American (IDSA) member and assistant professor of medicine at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) said, in a briefing held Tuesday.

Franco added that the average age of patients being treated at his hospital and elsewhere is younger than those observed in previous COVID-19 surges. Across the country, pediatric hospitals are reporting increasing trends among younger children who are not yet eligible for vaccination.

My how fast we took personal liberty and freedom and threw it in the garbage, and it didn’t take very much to do it either. And that says it wasn’t very much to begin with or it would have stood up to just the slightest push.
2 years ago, try and imagine convincing someone that in 2 years we’d be having to show papers of vaccination, fired if we didn’t get vaccinated, made to wear masks, the economy shut down, government paying people to stay home from work, have more jobs than applicants to fill them, and have elected a human with his own vocabulary, incapable of finishing a complete thought, even with flash cards, and still having his finger on the trigger of an arsenal of thermonuclear warheads.
Try and imagine a world where China infects the world with a virus from a laboratory and nothing is done about that in defense of the world population by any country, even us.

Yes, I was told that it needed to be administered within 7 days of symptoms to work.

Great way to solve the problem of the health care worker shortage.

It may come down to how long does natural immunity give you protection, or if surviving one case makes you more likely or equal likelihood to survive a second.

Yet this is essentially blown off by everyone seemingly in charge. LOTS of people have had this virus at this point. There should be real discussions occurring regarding their status outside of get a shot.

There are are very few healthcare workers left who are unvaccinated.
So why everywhere I look are they (OLOL) offering 65-80/hr plus for nurses again? Should be no big deal if those "few unvaccinated" walk away right? Sounds to me like OLOL actually has a staff shortage and they are disguising it as a capacity problem. Maybe they need to get more competitive with their wages and benefits packages rather than try to scare people into thinking they won't get a bed if they get in a car wreck.

Uh, yeah?
All except people are still getting it, and these people who claim to defend the world and your lives have ruined more lives as a result of shut downs and economic hardship than at any other time in history, and for no damn good reason whatsoever but to subjugate populations, a subjugation that there will be no end to.
Defend the world
Defending the world from China would be holding China responsible for it, and STILL they can’t even muster that base amount of courage.
