I still cant wait to find out where the money is/was going.. He bought his current house for a reasonable price and pretty much in cash if not completely.. I believe it was around 400K. The house is in a very desirable location but needed lots of work. Im not sure if that process has started . His kids are in the catholic system so while not free, the tuition is reasonable.

Did he own a house before this one? Maybe he made money out of the old house? Who bought his old house? Check the books a booster probably bought the old house

Word I'm getting now is that you're on to something. An LLC was formed called NotSoRosyFinchBoyz, LLC last year to buy his previous residence.
Officers in the LLC include: Big Lee, Carl the Cat, Evil Twins, Whiteboard Guy, with Chris Guillot and the K-Lady running point as Directors.
