I hate to be ‘that guy’ but shite
That manager has every right to say what he/she said.
And why the frick did this even go public in the first place? Did one of the employees run to social media and post this so everyone could see how mean their boss was to them?! I just don’t understand

Probably. They lose their minds if they get their feelings hurt.

Tell me your manager is Gen X without telling me that your manager is Gen X.
In all seriousness, I agree with the sentiment of the email. Unfortunately in today’s times with cancellation, and that’s exactly what this is using. Using hyperbole to try and motivate workers to do what you want did is no longer feasible. You will get canceled for it.
That being said, this manager has almost zero self-awareness if she thought she was gonna get away with that. This person would probably make a good manager in another line of work, but dealing with today’s generation of my pussy hurts, was not going to get her very far. What a dumbass.

Managers aren’t allowed to chastise their staff anymore?
Are ‘strongly worded emails’ too much for these little boo boo’s these days?
Jesus Christ

I don't honestly recall, it was better than most. The two "managers" got $25k.
Air conditioned place, low stress, we are talking a showroom more than anything, you stock shelves of various accessories randomly. You may have to help people load product out back, but for the most part it was delivery. Opened at 10 or 11 am, closed on Sundays and Mondays.

Showing up to work sick doesn't make you tough or honorable. It makes you an idiot and a boot licker.

Showing up sick to a restaurant probably not the best idea. Nor bringing in your dead dog. But you do you tough guy.

My buddy has a solo law firm and he has hired 8-10 new staff in the last year because they just don’t show up. Don’t call or email, just don’t show for like days at a time. Wtf

What is happening to this country? Is everyone so wrapped up into themselves that this is becoming commonplace? Do people not have pride (not the gay kind, there’s plenty of that going around these days) anymore? Do people not give a shite about keeping their word and fulfilling their obligations?
The left has intentionally made it to where fewer people have to be held accountable for their actions. The results are predictable.

If you have trouble keeping workers, you could always try to hire better ones. You aren't forced to hire rocks and retards.

Part of their bonus should be bonus that is paid monthly. Perfect attendance = 100% bonus. Miss work once = 50% bonus. More than one day call in = 0 bonus. I bet they don't miss work anymore.
Wait you think servers at Olive Garden are getting a bonus? Lmao. Brother they make $2.13 an hour and don’t get paid when they aren’t at work.

It really is something to be proud of. Too bad this young generation doesn't have same work ethic.
Fwiw this guy was an idiot though. You can't put that on paper. Lol
