I lived in the front part of Morel in 83. Water came halfway up mr front yard, but never came in house.

I've seen that shopping center on Antioch under at least 4' of water before. I believe it was a Winn Dixie. Where Way Cool Sno Balls is.

Just got done helping move a friend out of the back of barringer foreman/MBS neighborhood. They live in the back where it floods. Water is already up to the doors of some of those houses. Back in 82/83 when the river crested at 41' they got 8-9" of water. It's already at 44 and projected to get to 46, gonna flood real bad.

I didn't say they were scooping people off rooftops. My mom just said she could hear helicopters flying over head as she was getting the last of the important stuff out of the house.

I live on Treasurer. My house was dry apparently in 83 flood but it was in my yard an hour ago
