And say "I made the donuts!" When you return home?

I still say this all the time.

For you young ones, figure out what it means yourself.

Never said it, and the only way I've heard it is making the "bacon".

You don't make the bacon. You bring it home. If anything you make the bread.

The only time I've heard people say that is when they were leaving to take a dump.

Gotta love someone missing the point while thinking the other person is lol

My favorite was when he went to the front door to leave for work and said "Time to make the doughnuts". As he opens the door he sees "himself" standing there and his other self replies "I made the doughnuts".

No. That's stupid, as I don't make doughnuts.

Nah dude, you bring home the bacon, like in the old Enjoli commercial, which I'm not ashamed to have sung along with.
