The big issue nobody is discussing is that she kept "dating" him while this was happening. She was somehow conditioned to think this was OK or normal.

This is very similar to that Netflix show a few years ago.

I wish we would go back to more biblical punishments for some crimes instead of prison funded by taxpayers

Murderer? Hang him
Rapist? Cut his dick off
Thieves? Cut off hands or fingers

Etc

That fat little chode wore those travel bal shades to his court date.

Him and the judge don’t bring any value to this world anymore. Maybe we can free Mangioni on the condition that he “takes care” of this issue.

Scared to tell her parents every time she went home? Her parents are supposed to be her ultimate safe space.

Sociopaths tend to be able to innately identify vulnerable people.

I wonder what the family does in that town. Whatever it is, they would no longer get my business.

His father was director of football operations for a couple of years at LSU when Les Miles first came here.

The system should be held accountable too. I'm so sick of this.

I do not understand how our justice system has moved so far to compassion for violent offenders. There is no debate that the violence occurred and yet the offender receive compassion from the court.

Makes no sense, but I guess as long as the citizens continue to accept these actions from the courts it's accepted by society.

WTF? Maybe this dude needs a little counseling behind bars for his rehabilitation.

date rape where there is he said/she said and questions surrounding consent, is different than grabbing some random woman off the street and violently raping her.

One is easier to prove in court but rape is rape.

Ironically enough stranger rape and acquaintance rape effects the victims differently.

How can a woman let a guy convicted of two violent rapes off with a warning?

Look up Ken Parnell, his crimes, and his sentences.

I am sure the possibility of a light sentence was a motivating factor in my father's actions.

Unfortunately, it happens ALL THE TIME.

Your safety was the only motivating force for your father.
