Many states carry out the death penalty. God doesn't give a frick. You should have finished cleaning the bathrooms by now, so get back to work.

Sounds reasonable to me. Rob a house, suffer the consequences.

Great job. I always wondered who has to clean up the blood in those kinds of situations?

So, while an invader is possibly going to kill me, I should put on my ear muffs and then proceed to protect myself and family. Should I tell the invader that I need to put on my hearing protection first?

Earmuffs take a fraction of a second to put on. If you don't want to use them that is your choice. I am only suggesting that everyone has them by their table. Do what you feel is best.

Apparently the three suspects were teenagers and that just makes it sad.

They literally gambled their lives away on some risky thrill seeking activity that was only worth a few hundred bucks.

Hopefully God is more merciful on them than the homeowner was but they're probably in hell right now.

When a structural dwelling has people unlawfully entering it without proper authorization from its owners and the owners are on the premises, there is no telling what the criminals have in mind and what are capable of doing and plan to do and thus they should be considered a deadly threat that warrants lethal force unless they egress from the premises or immediately surrender.

The suspects were 16 to 18. One had a knife. One had brass knuckles.

Their driver, a 21 year old woman, has been arrested after turning up at the police station and being interviewed.

This sounds sketchy. Can't shoot someone who's running away

Why wouldn't be merciful to them? If they intended to kill no one, and weren't going to violently harm anyone, why would even be a question about their judgement.

Stealing isn't a mortal sin; sorry if capitalism and psychopathic western obsessions with property suggested that.

Killing and murder are considered mortal sins.

Needless to say, those young men put their lives in danger and obviously the risk wasn't worth the reward
