Get oil changed, and the filter. Filter may be clogged and obstructing flow.

There either has to be a leak or its burning oil.
Can't be anything else.
You need to check cylinder compression stat.

My parents drive a Honda Pilot. It's a known issue that they use oil. They add around a half a quart of oil to it every month.

That many miles the rings are likely getting worn and it's burning oil. My old 08 z71 started using a quart a week when it hit about 190k. It showed no signs of oil burning either. I think newer vehicles emission standards filter it out

You could also use a heavier weight oil or add some Lucas to it to try to squeeze some more life out of the rings and keep oil from seeping into the combustion chambers

It may be the piston rings. Call Honda and see if there's a warranty extension.
