Tornado warnings outside the tornado watch area too - I was surprised to see one in Angelina County (Lufkin).

Houston is in the hot zone for tornadoes right now, notice all the little bean shaped cells that are popping up and moving through.

that's the same shite that hit Cy Creek Lakes/Town Lake/Cy Ranch/Bridgeland.

Latest HRRR, 15-20" overnight for the Houston metro area. Hopefully, this is wrong and nothing close to this materializes but everyone needs to be prepared and able to track local warnings and advisories from NWS Houston.

I think if I lived anywhere from Rosenberg to Beaumont I'd be working on leaving
it's hard to fathom how much rain they are talking about between now and next week
with the onshore flow there's nowhere for the rainwater to go

My wife just said she got an update from Fox8 in NOLA that the storm is heading ENE. This true? I hadn't seen anything on here.
