The guy on MSNBC is saying that prosecutor never addressed why Wilson shot after the car incident.
I'm pretty sure he did say that witnesses testified that Wilson fired when Brown came toward the Wilson.

That's not exactly what they said, but what the hell was the point of waiting until night time to make the announcement. They shouldve done it earlier this afternoon or early tomorrow morning. DOing this at night with the protestors ready to go was a really stupid decision.
