Wife’s mad at the world because I’ve got covid and we had to stay home. Woke up this morning saying how we had to make it a memorable on for the kids since we couldn’t be around family.
Has proceeded to bitch and yell since breakfast.
I’m near telling her to take her arse to a hotel so we can actually enjoy the holiday and make the best out of the cards we have been dealt.

My mother is a gaslighting bitch. I left the house and waiting because I don’t think I can be nice to her right now.
I wake up this morning and she says “eat now if your going to eat today because I don’t want you ruining the house and me having to follow you around.”
She treats my dad so much worse. I told my dad to leave because she’s bullying him and gaslighting him. Always claiming to be a victim. But she is a narcissist and wants us to serve her.
She’ll be fine tonight though I’m sure.

I love nothing more than to stay home on Christmas day. After all the toys are put together, it's the only day in the year the kids are occupied and in their own little world the entire day. Usually there's no fighting.
This year, we have to go to the in laws who invited all of their German family into town. They are some of the most boring, weird people I've ever met. It usually involves everyone sitting in the living room not having a conversation.
I better get a Christmas morning bj (probably not).

We got stuck flying my mom to our house because nobody wants to be around her for the holidays or ever for that matter. I went out for groceries and to pick up moms phone that she left at a store 40 minutes away. I forgot to take my phone with me and it was on the kitchen counter. My sister texted my wife and myself and asked how it was going with mom. My wife replied that she was driving us all crazy and that she had to leave the house for a run to clear her head and pray for sanity. My mom read the text as it popped up on my phone 
When I returned, my mother was crying and wanted to fly back home immediately. We argued about everyones shortcomings for an hour, then gave her a bunch of wine and eggnog. She seemed better today. She has dementia so maybe she forgot yesterday.

No fighting here. I’m stay at my SIL house. They let me sleep in late until after 12. It was awesome. I’ve been working so hard lately it was nice to finally catch up. Wife brought me breakfast in bed then a BJ. No drama that I’m aware of yet. Jumped to the coach earlier and the BIL was giving me some stank eye. Not sure if he has camera in the house and is jealous of my beej or what.

Sounds like the Festivus tradition of the airing of the grievances. I was spared family drama by the wife and I testing positive for Covid earlier this week. Other than feeling shitty a couple days it’s been pretty nice. I do kind of miss some of the extended family backhanded insults that usually fly around while I’m drinking my old man’s bourbon.
