Hope they get every penny from them and by that I mean the one penny they have collectively.

BATON ROUGE - A lawsuit accuses Black Lives Matter and five of the movement's leaders of inciting violence that led to a gunman's deadly ambush of law enforcement officers in Baton Rouge last summer.
DeRay Mckesson and four other Black Lives Matter leaders are named as defendants in the suit filed Friday on behalf of one of the officers wounded in the July 17 attack by a black military veteran, who killed three other officers before he was shot dead.
The suit doesn't name the officer, but its description of the plaintiff matches East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff's Deputy Nicholas Tullier.
The attorneys representing Tullier previously sued Black Lives Matter and Mckesson on behalf of a Baton Rouge police officer who was injured at a protest over a deadly police shooting last July.
Hope they get every penny from them and by that I mean the one penny they have collectively.

I agree with your hope, but lets be honest there's a 0.00% chance they will do the right thing.

They are waiting for the Judge to rule on if black lives matter is an organization that can be sued.

No good lawyer would do this pro-bono. Way too much money to pass up on. He might lower his percentage, he's not about to take this on for free.
ETA: Why shouls they do it for free? It's his job to be a lawyer.
ETA 2: I hope the cops win everything that BLM has.

To obtain whatever damages Tullier may be entitled to?
Should every lawyer work for free anytime someone wrongs his client?

I want to high five that cop and buy him unlimited beers.
