Retired now but hated salespeople just walking past the receptionist and back to our offices. I got one receptionist to announce code blue over the intercom. You could hear doors closing in rapid succession.

it's much better now that I'm in an office that's behind a limited access door.

Mandatory DEI meetings where I have to "unpack my privilege" and "ground myself" before an exercise where some victim group that can have me fired on a whim pontificates why it is Ok for them to be lazy and terrible at their jobs.

It is becoming a monthly thing now. I love my job and my company, but this new DIE shite is just overbearing.

Not spraying Lysol or something after dropping a giant deuce.
My favorite is to discreetly drop a deuce, not flush it, turn off the fan and the light and quietly close the door. From my office, I can see who is getting ready to enter the bathroom to enjoy the surprise and hear the stories of what they found.

Sending me an email and then immediately calling me to ask me the same damn questions! Even worse, showing up to discuss the email you just sent me. If this is you, F*** You!

When people like to congregate and have conversations right outside of my office as if that’s not disruptive.

Somebody who uses a "hidden word" that you have to identify so they know you read memo. Here's your word. Go frick yourself. Bonus for 2 extra words.

The tight asses who always eat the food myself and others bring in but never bring anything in return.

About once or twice week someone from our group brings in something to snack on. Like donuts, cake, sweets, boudin, hog head cheese, nachos and cheese...... This one cat in the cube next to us always helps himself but never brings anything in, passes me off.

I’d always get to work a little early to allow me some time to wake up, answer my emails, and have a couple cups of coffee

The stench of the coffee pissed me off... According to him he would drink a couple of pots of coffee at home then constantly have a cup in hand all freakin day. And he would never shut up. He would recite his moves on his computer... "Okay let me open this file.. no that's not the file I wanted". On top of it he was freakin liberal.

I worked with a woman who was the company gossip not just the office gossip. When someone would come looking for her I had no problem with saying that she was off gossiping somewhere.. I real morale buster.

People who leave their ringers on and you hear texts alerts 20 to 30 a day from their wife texting them.
