The bachelor's choice is cranberry sauce. Stop by the grocery on the way home the night before, pick up 2 cans for less than $5, and leave them in the car for work tomorrow. Done.

I agree, my wife and co workers were complaining about the prep for theirs the other day. All I could think was, "why do yall do this to yourselves"

Call and order out a real nice meal and call it a day.

It's cool that some of you enjoy this. I just generally find the concept to be somewhat odd.


It's just not done in some environments. Maybe that's good, maybe not. I'm guessing staff at your firm does this stuff for paralegals and support, but the idea of attorneys carving up a cake together or bringing dishes or doing a gift exchange is...weird.
