Attended one where a secretary (married with kids) and a management guy (also married) were obviously making eyes at each other. They soon disappeared. Returned a while later withi disheveled clothes and hair, a little sweaty and red in the face. It was like a damned sitcom scene.

Maybe the party will be entertaining. A bunch of drunk coworkers sounds like a recipe for a possible disaster

Ours is tomorrow at 1, weird to me that no family is invited and its during the day... wasn't at this company last year but my old company had big parties at hotels in the city.

Heard there is a full bar this year as opposed to the beer and wine of previous years so that's a plus

Yeah, I know like 8 people at our office, of like 300...

Will try and sneak out and hit a bar around 3...

We’ve got this 53 year old guy with gray hair who asks the wommenz to sit on his lap and almost gets us sued. Every year.

Y'all look for me outside the Absinthe House around 6.
Where do you work, Oz?

Especially on my weekend night not on work time. Who decided this was a good idea?

I’ll never understand how any employer believes this is a good idea. The average person is way too trashy to load up with alcohol at a work function.

Meh. I attend two a year and it's been 20 years since I've seen anything bad happen. I guess it helps to not work with trash and neither does my wife.

At the end of the day, any work party is just begging for something awful to happen.

I've seen everything from lots of throw up to hookups to a girl pushing our VP and driving herself blackout drunk home only to show up to work the next day and actually not remember a single thing that happened

Am I the only one who tries to avoid work christmas parties? I'd rather do anything else
