"Beef up our documentation."

"To the extent that..." especially when the phrase doesn't really fit the sentence at all, e.g., when it substitutes "If"
"That's helpful"
Any variation of "Have those conversations"

Right. It's just another of those MBA exercises taken from a textbook that is a colossal waste. I've noticed how many MBAs are also the ones always saying to "think outside the box" when practically everything they do or suggest is from a textbook.

Wow can't believe no one said this:
"Right sizing"
"Based on the present global market dynamics we are currently initiating a program to right size the NAM operations force"

"At the end of the day"
"...should absolutely be a part of the conversation"
"Get with me offline"
"Going forward..."
"Engagement" used in place of "conversation"
"Cutting back on costs"
"Let's think about this"
"We're not looking to place blame or punish anyone". This usually precedes a termination or two.

My boss uses the phrase "circling the wagons" at least 3 times a day, it's pretty funny.

Soup to nuts
And as mentioned, "at the end of the day," and the use of "team" makes me cringe.

Coordinate with .... On that = talk to someone
Let's close the loop on this = get that shite done
Follow up = talk to someone, who is usually already in the room, at a later date
30000 foot view = I have no clue...just guessing here
Just give me a conceptual cost = put something on a spreadsheet and hit print
Take a stab at it = I want this in 4 hrs or less and IDGAF what it looks like
At the end of the day = we are done talking about that
Button it up = make meaningless edits to a powerpoint
Hit the ground running = do your job
Touch base = talk to someone in a week
Keep it on your radar = this will bite you in the arse later
Run the numbers = do your job
Get the client buy in = do your job
The takeaway is = this meeting needs to end
It's in the pipeline = something that will probably never happen
The sky is the limit here = don't worry about a shite bonus
