I'm so very sorry. Losing a parent is one of the hardest things in life. Things are never the same after losing one of them. He will always be with you though...in your heart, and you will sometimes even feel his presence. I lost my father a few years ago, and that's how it is for me. It always hurts, but sometimes I smile when I think of him now. I do feel that he's still with me. Watching over me. I think it will be the same for you. Peace be with you and your family.

I'm having problems too. I've finally decided to see an allergist in a few weeks.

I used to be when I was younger, not too much anymore. I fear losing people I really love though. I'd rather go first so it doesn't hurt missing them.

With that said, I'm not anxious for it to happen any time soon. I'd like to live a nice long life, because I love life. I think people who are lucky to live a nice long life get used to the idea and are less afraid of it over time though. They see so many loved ones go before them and accept it better knowing they were lucky to have lived so long.

I do that sometimes if I'm in a hurry, but I prefer not to. After reading this, I don't think I'll do it again though, lol.

I moved away a couple of times and now live away. Sometimes I'd like to move again...
