She sounds annoying, dramatic, and didn't even help her kid during the incident.... Glad she patted his back for support... fricking idiot. Goodluck to that husband if he exists.

They emphasised that the octopus exhibit is not a touch tank but a “1,000+ gallon habitat intentionally designed with a tall barrier to provide safety for both guests and the animal”. "Reaching the octopus requires a person to lean fully over the wall of the enclosure and reach approximately 24 inches down from the top edge," the representative added. "In this instance, the guest leaned her child over the exhibit barrier, allowing him to reach into the habitat without staff supervision."

Delicious? They always seem to have a very neutral taste. Chefs seem to depend on dipping sauces or gravy in restaurants, as if it’s just a novelty protein.

Somebody is lying and it’s probably not the aquarium personnel.

You are probably correct.

Grilled with the right seasonings. Not unlike most everything else.

So the octopus didn’t “climb out “, instead the kid climbed in.

Not much difference between this and the idiots who climb into the lion, tiger, bear, gorilla/monkey exhibit and get killed or injured. Some people are just oblivious to dangerous behavior.
