It's a sign of more testing.
And testing ppl who aren't sick or aren't very sick.

I drove over ten or fifteen bodies to get to work Friday and they were all wearing tiger droppings gear. The death is all around us.

I get the first part of your post, but can you elaborate on this? Seems really vague.

It’s because they are getting the flu and falling for a lie

Oh wait - the flu was cured. Never mind.

States and municipalities are using it to try to get trillions in bailout funds.

People get sick in the fall and winter. This is nothing new.

I've had the flu a dozen times at least. I've never lost smell before, this is something different

The shitty part is I've been stuck in my house since last Tuesday and I still have a cough but I'm not sure if I'm still contagious. Have a funeral today that I really need to attend

This is what should have happened in March and April, but we kicked the can down the road at the cost of thousands of business closings and layoffs.

You’ve never lost your sense of smell before?

Even though that is a common symptom of many types of colds and flus?

Ok.

quote:

In a small new study, skipping the flu vaccine was associated with a higher risk for trouble with a sense of smell or taste.

Researchers say the results are preliminary, but since respiratory viruses are a common cause of a lost ability to smell, it’s possible that the flu could be a contributing factor.

Respiratory viruses can damage olfactory nerves directly and indirectly by causing inflammation. Sometimes the effect is temporary, but not always, Dr. Zara Patel and colleagues at the Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia write in JAMA Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery.

Testing positive

Having it

Its the Flu

99% recovery rate.

If you are scared don't go in public

If you are not scared let it rip, life is too short and they have stolen a year of our lives.

Whats so hard to understand?

You are wrong. We were all in here claiming we had it back in January and February before anyone said anything about Covid. We always set the trends.

No shite. All that can be reasonably done is state the facts and let people make their own decisions. Businesses should have the right to decide how to handle it and their customers can calculate the risk.

Of course IMO there should still be smoking and no smoking sections in restaurants. Or more accurately, smoking and no smoking restauraunts. If somebody wants to ignore the risks of smoking (or in this case COVID) more power to them. It's their life.

Mask or don't mask. IDGAF. If you catch it through your own negligence, no fricks given. You had the freedom to make your own risk assessment.

BBC Report

quote:

The loss of smell that can accompany coronavirus is unique and different from that experienced by someone with a bad cold or flu, say European researchers who have studied the experiences of patients.

When Covid-19 patients have smell loss it tends to be sudden and severe.

And they usually don't have a blocked, stuffy or runny nose - most people with coronavirus can still breathe freely.

Another thing that sets them apart is their "true" loss of taste.

It's not that their taste is somewhat impaired because their sense of smell is out of action, say the researchers in the journal Rhinology . Coronavirus patients with loss of taste really cannot tell the difference between bitter or sweet.

Its different. If you haven't experienced it I guess you wouldn't understand

Notice no mention of flu anymore? That’s because it’s being diagnosed as COVID. If you want to know why, just follow the money that’s going to be made by private firms, and state and local governments.

So, let me get this straight. You're saying Italy, France, Brazil, UK, Canada, Russia and all of these other countries with a second wave are all doing this for our private firms and state and local governments? You're telling me that our incompetent government has somehow gotten these small rural towns in third world countries to falsify their covid just for us? Just for our local governments to get money? Wow. fricking amazing.

The most amazing part is these other surging countries have a large amount of TD posters.

All this means is there will soon be a lot more people walking around wondering why they have to wear a mask if they already had COVID. There is only one possible reinfection that occurred in the United States. If you already had it, a mask is nothing more than a costume to blend in.
