So, delta is going to move from GA because of a small tax issue, but they will move to the second most unfriendly state for business? Go play in the streets.

Dude nobody is saying that business doesn't go to New York, it's the financial hub of the country and one of the largest in the world. However, due to the high taxes many more are moving out rather than deciding to move in. Now, in some cases the the extra costs are worth it for other reasons, but that's the exception not the rule.
What industry are you in because this is part of what I do for a living so I promise you I'm not just making shite up.
