Good frick....the NY Post is just terrible writing. "Had wrote"......
This is probably from the same journalist/writer who typed for all the world to see "kidnaps" as the plural form of, I can only assume, kidnap. "She searched movies about kidnaps."
Just fricking terrible.

I still believe help had to have occurred somewhere else. There is no way she went two days in the woods on her own.
There was a rumor floating around that there was a vacant, or not currently being lived in house, in the neighborhood on the other side of treeline. The rumor was that she/her family knew the owners and she knew the house wasn't being used. That would account for the need of toilet paper and shitty snacks to tide her over. Her mom being a realtor, it isn't too much of a stretch that they would have such knowledge.
I never saw it verified.

I don’t care about jail time so much as having this moron pay up for her crimes.
A $10000 fine and having to do 50 hours of picking up trash on 459 seems fair to me

So, Carlee's family drove to where they thought Carlee's car was supposed to be by following Life360 coordinates, but the app info was slightly off. Once they arrived and did not see her or her car, they called police. 911 pinged mom's location and dispatch is heard saying they were sending units over to meet with them at Atkins Trim LN/BLVD
I think it would make more sense if the mom told the 911 operator that the Life360 location was showing Atkins Trim Lane, and that was what the dispatcher was communicating.
The dispatcher says “I believe we located her, Atkins Trim Lane. We got a call about a female screaming with a child.” But this is only a minute or two after police arrived on the scene. I don’t see how the parents could have got there that fast. Unless they live somewhere in that neighborhood or something.
To me it sounds like they relayed the Life360 location to the 911 operator, then “threw some clothes on and went to that location” as they said.
If I’m wrong and the parents were already on the scene before anyone relayed anything to the police about hearing a scream, that would raise even more questions
The video of car with cop showing up at end for the fake kid issue also confuses timeline in regards to the time of 911 dispatch calls that were also released. It seemed like the one cop showed up even sooner than 5 minutes. Dispatch recording seemed to have more cops becoming involved making dispatch recording starting between 9:40pm and 9:42pm.
Seems like too small of a window for family to have driven up there after 9:36pm including the call to the mom and make that call to cops while already on or near Atkins Trim (maybe a 10 to 12 minute drive depending on exact address).
If brother’s gf didn’t call 911 and the mother was just relaying info it would make more sense if mom was giving life360 info over the phone than her already being in neighborhood north of interstate. If phone outside and pinged by life360 for a while it also seems like location would have narrowed down, but Carlee may have turned phone off or 360 by time her mom looked at app.

9:34 p.m.: According to Derzis, Russell spoke with individuals on her phone before calling called 911 at 9:34 p.m…
…Thursday, July 13 at 9:36 p.m.: Russell went missing after speaking with a relative after speaking with emergency operator.
Derzis said Rusell's mother, called 911, telling the operator a relative had Russell on the phone and were concerned after hearing her scream.
Hoover police officers, arrived to the location along the interstate within 5 minutes of being dispatched. Throughout the evening, investigators, a drone unit and detectives searched the area.

I don't know if going to Atlanta was ever confirmed. There were pictures of people with gifts and lots of cars at their home on Sunday for her birthday.

“Carlee’s actions created hurt, confusion, and dishonesty,” her ex Thomar Latrell Simmons said on Instagram. “I was made aware of the false narrative after coming to the defense of my ex Carlee Russell. Myself and my family’s nature was to react in love, and genuine concern. We are disgusted from the outcome of this entire situation. I strongly feel exactly like you all, blindsided with Carlee’s actions.”
Dude is a self entitled clown who is a nobody in this situation. And lest we forget, he was busy lecturing everyone. He can frick right off

Does anyone else think it’s weird that her mom had life360 on her? Maybe the family is really dysfunctional and overbearing and that’s why she felt the need to hide out. Not excusing her behavior but shite like this doesn’t occur in a vacuum. Between Carlee’s behavior and the mom’s statements on the Today Show, it sounds like generational dysfunction and a personality disordered family.

And publish the work days so TD posters can drive by and accidently drop empty or partial Cheez-Its boxes/bags for her to pick up

I would definitely try to find out when she was on the litter crew so I could drive through there and chuck a life sized toddler doll out there a couple hours beforehand.
