A sad truth lost in the slutiness of this thread in the lack of middle aged Nigerian and Filipino nurse representation in the pics.
As a fellow 20 year RN I know the truth. Most of the girls pictured are unit secretaries if they are truly posting from a hospital setting.
My first true ER job had shenanigans but I had met and was dating Mrs Alum by then (no pics) so my window had closed.

Not that it matters and a scrub is a scrub but if Texas RNs wear navy blue only . Other services CNAs , Respiratory, Imaging , etc has different colors. LSUnurse seems cool , she ain’t got time that .

Elsewhere it is black or a brighter blue like a royal blue.
And of course specialty areas OR, DAy surgery, Cath Lab. They are all over the place, usually hospital issue scrubs you change in and out of with the shift

Don’t get offended nurse, there are females in literally every industry that post pictures like this and there are plenty of subreddits where these pictures are readily available for our enjoyment pleasure. This board is just probably 99% males that want to sound cool.
