Someone will snatch them up, Maybe Lowes or Home Depot. Lowes did it with the Craftsman line. Imagine if one of the two had the "exclusive" on B&S run equipment in their stores.

Just bought a battery operated Kobalt push mower.
I got tired of my push mower Briggs & Stratton engine dying after a few years.

Business Case:
1) battery powered motors replacing many B&S units, the cash cow is dying.
2) Could still be around for a while, whoever buys up the assets out of BK On the cheap will likely profit from the existing major distributor outlets for some time
I don’t think Home Depot buying this is a great move because of the decaying market and battery powered push.
