I realize that i stress correct writing and speaking on here (NO!) but when communicating, it IS important.
Her use of "how come", instead of'why not' would put her behind the 8-ball with me.

Man, if I had her waiting tables back when I was bartending...I could survive on her tip-outs alone. She gonna pull in 20% plus a twenty all day long, and that's if she manages to just serve the entrees without spilling the tray.
Any restaurant mgr would be retarded not to put that eye-candy in the dining room, no matter how stupid she may be. Just restrict her area to deuces and 4-tops.

You got that right, but not sure the interviewer made the correct call. A smart employer can always use her assets to create customer demand. We hired a Miss Louisiana once and clients clamored for hand deliveries...anything...just please do work and have her hand deliver it. Was a good hire.
