That they're advertising the shite out of, pun intended. Get rich getting people hooked, then get richer selling them more drugs to deal with the consequences. I have a grudging admiration for the diabolical ingenuity of Big Pharma.

I have received a few prescriptions for this medication but have never dispensed it. Movantik costs about $900 for a 90 day supply, so it is rarely covered.
