Methinks you don´t understand how tax assessment works (unless you´re advocating not paying taxes).

You will actually still pay your school taxes. At least in MS.

Can we just stop dancing around the subject and come out and declare every single white person in this country a klan-supporting white supremacist racist bigot nazi that needs to be lined up and shot?

I mean that's where this is heading ultimately anyway.

If that's the case? Can you grab by mask and robe please? I'm late to the rally....

It's upper middle class white people, trying to destroy anything that you can call traditional white culture, because they want to break poor white people. The deplorables. Poor whites elected Donald Trump, and poor whites pose the only credible threat to their continued thievery and incompetence.
That's one of the most retarded things I've ever read. I'm upper middle class and no where near this type of stupid thinking.

There's an agenda here at play. Its not upper white middle class. Try upper class politicians. They're getting lobbied by some group for this crap. Is it the Alphabet kids? African American groups? This is handed down from our US government. EVERYTHING that is happening in our country? Stems from the government. Period!

So it has begun

Six Dr. Seuss books will no longer be published because of racist and insensitive imagery, Dr. Seuss Enterprises revealed on Tuesday

The six books are: 'And to Think That I Saw It on Mulberry Street', 'If I Ran the Zoo', 'McElligot's Pool', 'On Beyond Zebra!', 'Scrambled Eggs Super!', and 'The Cat's Quizzer'

It comes just one day after President Biden omitted Dr. Seuss from Read Across America Day, which is held annually on the author's birthday on March 2

Dr. Seuss, whose real name is Theodor Geisel, had been the face of the annual Read Across America day for more than 20 years

There has been increasing criticism in recent years over the way blacks, Asians and others are drawn in some of his most beloved children's books

Just googled "And to Think That I Saw It on Mulberry Street" and this was one of the results. A black female reading it aloud.

youtube

I still can't figure out what exactly is problematic about this book or any of the other ones. The world has gone mad.

Found one! From "If I Ran the Zoo"

Another video of someone reading it. He changed the words.

People who aren’t extremely concerned right now aren’t paying attention. We’re all going to get cancelled. This is fricking tyranny.

But that would mean the USA would then be a third world country. Not so sure certain people would want that to happen...

Will the US rise to the challenge and make this the second most famous:

The burning of books under the Nazi regime on May 10, 1933, is perhaps the most famous book burning in history.

So I'm looking at all 6 books and here's what I found.

McElligot's Pool - "Eskimo fish"

If I ran the Zoo - Images of Asians and mention of "eyes at a slant." Also an image that shows monkeys that will be interpreted another way by the woke mob.

Mulberry Street - It's not said in words but there appears to be a couple characters that are supposed to be Asian and Eskimo.

Also refers to a "Chinese Man." Previous editions used "Chinaman" I believe.

On Beyond Zebra - Only thing I can find is an image that looks like it may be Asian?

Cat's Quizzer - A line that says "How old do you have to be to be a Japanese?" And has a similar drawing of an Asian person. Also says "Do the Japanese eat with pogo sticks or joss sticks."

Scrambled Eggs Super - has some drawings of what appear to be Eskimos, though it is not mentioned in the text.

There were also drawings of what appear to be middle eastern people in several of the books.

Overall, pretty absurd over-reaction. In 2021, we are not allowed to draw pictures of people of various ethnicities. At some point in the very near future, I predict that simply drawing a picture of a black person will be akin to what "black face" has become and be a cancellable offense.

Saw this on Twitter and had to bump this thread to add it:

Why is a song called “Wet A** P***y” not considered inappropriate but Dr. Seuss is? @BishForCongress
